The Black Sheep Saloon was born from a simple conviction: you shouldn't have to abandon your morning pour-over to enjoy a properly made Negroni at night. We opened our doors on Main Street with a dual mission — to serve Tamaroa coffee worth driving for, and cocktails that would make even the regulars at the pub next door take notice.

Five years later, that conviction only deepened. Our coffee is sourced from farms we visit personally. Our spirits are selected with the same care. And our space — dark wood, amber light, the hum of conversation — is designed for people who appreciate the difference between adequate and exceptional.
